Is Theo a dashboard?
No. Theo is a Shopify app that sends concise reports to your inbox. Use Shopify to change settings; use email to read the briefing.
What timezone does Theo use?
All report times use your store’s Shopify timezone.
Does Sales vs Target include today?
No. It uses complete days through yesterday, so today’s partial trading does not skew the pace comparison.
What does Net Sales mean?
Net is revenue minus discounts, refunds and disputes. Tax is shown separately. Theo adds known product cost and gross profit context. It is not a full profit statement: ads, rent, payroll and app fees are outside it.
What happens if product costs are missing?
Theo uses the unit costs Shopify provides. If any are missing, the report marks cost data as incomplete.
Can reports go to more than one person?
Yes. Free supports one inbox, Pro supports up to five, and Business supports up to 25.
Can I choose which reports send?
Yes. Free sends Sales vs Target, Pro lets you choose three of the five, and Business includes all five. You can switch any report off.
Can I change report times?
Business supports custom send times. Free and Pro use their default or assigned schedules in shop-local time.
Does Theo work with Shopify POS?
Where channel attribution is shown, POS sales use the Shopify location name.
Can I stop one report without uninstalling Theo?
Yes. Switch that report off inside the embedded app and its email stops.
