Fyntri Ltd (Company Number: 16473371) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in connection with the Theo Analytics Shopify Application. This policy complies with the UK GDPR.

2. The Data We DO NOT Collect

Zero Sales Data Retention Policy: We do not store historical sales data, individual order histories, or your customers' PII. Financial metrics are processed in-memory to generate emails and are immediately discarded.

3. The Data We DO Collect

• Merchant Profile Data — store domain, store name, default currency, and the store owner's name and email as provided by Shopify.
• Authentication Tokens — API access tokens required to fetch report data.
• Recipient Email Addresses — addresses you enter to receive reports.

4. How We Use Your Data

To operate the service, deliver reports, communicate about updates or support, and comply with Shopify's Partner and API terms.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share it with processors who host the App or send transactional email, under contract.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain store profile and recipient data only while the App is installed. After uninstall, tokens, profile data, and recipient addresses are deleted from active databases within 48 hours.

7. Your Data Rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure. Contact us below. We respond within 30 days.
